Instructions
- Preheat the module for 1 hour at 158oF (70oC) for the hot side and at ≅ 39oF (4oC) for the cold side
- Place the meal trays inside the module
- Serve at the right time (the meal trays will maintain their temperature until ready to serve)

Cleaning
- Soak the 1st cloth with detergent and hot water and clean the surfaces
- Soak the 2nd cloth with clean hot water and rinse the surfaces
- Take the 3rd cloth and dry the surfaces
